All members must read this document carefully before creating an account and using the services on the 84bd platform.
General Introduction
1 Acceptance & Consent
Using the 84bd website and mobile platform means you fully agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
84bd reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion. Continuing to use the platform after a change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is therefore recommended to re-read this page regularly.

3 Account Registration

If a member fails to cooperate with the verification process, 84bd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or temporarily close the account.
5 Account Suspension & Closure
84bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without warning for any of the following reasons:
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Fraudulent activity or collusion (playing in coordination with others).
- Serious violation of these terms and conditions.
- At the member's own request (imposing responsible gaming limits).
In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method, unless the closure is due to fraudulent activity.
Financial Transactions
6 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

7 Anti-Money Laundering
84bd is firmly committed to preventing money laundering. To this end:
- All members' financial transactions are monitored regularly.
- Unusual or suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for investigation.
- Funds deposited into an account should be used for gaming purposes only; a pattern of depositing and immediately withdrawing is not permitted.
- At the direction of relevant authorities, 84bd may be required to share any member's information.
Bonuses & Promotions
8 Welcome Bonus Terms
84bd offers a welcome bonus for new members. The terms of this bonus are as follows:
- A 120% bonus is given on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.
9 General Bonus Policy
The following general policies apply to all bonus offers:
- A bonus offer is eligible only once per member, per household or family, and per IP address.
- The relevant wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
- If the deposit is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
- 84bd reserves the right to change or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time.
- A bonus may apply only to specific games or game categories — the specific terms for each bonus will be stated separately.
10 VIP Program
Regular and active members have the opportunity to join the 84bd VIP Program. This program has three tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
Advancement to a higher tier depends on the consistency of the member's gaming activity. The 84bd team evaluates VIP status and may change tiers as needed.
Gaming Rules
11 General Gaming Terms
The following terms always apply when playing games on the 84bd platform:
- All games are sourced from trusted software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and Ezugi.
- If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the bet amount will be returned to the member's account.
- If an internet connection is lost during a game, the server-side record will be considered final.
- If there is a dispute over any game result, the game provider's log record will be considered the final proof.
- Playing games using automated bots or software is strictly prohibited.
12 Sports Betting Policy
The following policies apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports events:
- If a match is cancelled or abandoned for undetermined reasons after a bet has been placed, the full bet amount will be refunded.
- Pre-match markets close automatically before the scheduled start time.
- In-play betting is available while a match is in progress and its odds change in real time.

- Software errors by third-party game providers — in such cases, the relevant provider's policy applies.
- Force majeure — meaning natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
84bd always strives to provide safe and uninterrupted service, however it is not possible to guarantee 24/7 continuous service. Service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or upgrades.
16 Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If a member is dissatisfied with any matter or a dispute arises, the following process must be followed:
- First, contact our support team via live chat. The team is active 24/7.
- If the issue is not resolved via live chat, send an email to [email protected] with a detailed description and supporting evidence.
- After receiving the email, 84bd will investigate the matter and provide a resolution within a reasonable time.
- For disputes regarding game results, the game provider's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
17 Intellectual Property
All content on the 84bd platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is covered by 84bd's intellectual property rights. Without written permission:
- Reproducing, distributing, or using any part of this platform for commercial purposes is prohibited.
- Automated scraping, crawling, or data mining is prohibited.
- 84bd's brand name or logo may not be used for unauthorized purposes.
Final Provisions
18 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are made for users based in Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable prevailing law. If a court resolution becomes necessary, both parties will proceed on the basis of cooperation.
